Team marathon with louis alexander for Alzheimer's Research UK

Louis is an incredible ambassador at The Body Lab London, and we are lucky to support him in his recovery and performance journey as he embarks on his global challenge for a global cause.

We, The Body Lab London, are supporting Alzheimer's Research UK and explorer Louis Alexander in his challenge of running a marathon on every continent on Earth. From the desert of Africa to the polar conditions of Antarctica, in honour of his Grandfather and in support of Alzheimer's Research UK. Our vision is a world where people are free from the fear, harm and heartbreak of dementia.

Alzheimer's Research UK are the UK's leading dementia research charity, dedicated to causes, diagnosis, prevention, treatment and cure. Backed by passionate scientists and supporters, they challenge how people think about dementia, uniting the big thinkers in the field and funding the innovative science that will deliver a cure.

We will run with Louis in his London race in November as a team. This challenge will be to run a marathon around a race track in aid of Alzheimer's Research UK.

The team will be running either a 5k, 10k, half marathon or full marathon. We would appreciate any donation towards this event, so we can support and be a part of Louis' challenge, whilst raising money for a charity close to many of our hearts.
