With a lifelong passion for sports and movement, Stefan Silkens found a natural path into the health and fitness industry. His curiosity about how the human body functions and adapts continues to drive his pursuit of knowledge, inspiring him to help others optimise their well-being. Whether through corrective movement, strength training, or injury prevention, his goal is to empower clients with the tools to improve their health, happiness, and longevity.
Stefan thrives on working with diverse individuals and finding immense rewards in helping people enhance their quality of life. His experience spans multiple training styles, from beach boot camps and CrossFit to a more holistic approach that prioritises functional movement and long-term well-being. By continuously learning and completing new certifications, he ensures his coaching remains at the cutting edge of the industry.
Outside the gym, Stefan enjoys surfing and paddle tennis, alongside his lifelong love of team sports like football, athletics, and boxing. Movement is at the core of his lifestyle, whether on the water or competing with friends. His belief in lifelong learning and adaptability fuels his coaching philosophy—helping others move better, prevent injuries, and lead healthier lives in an ever-evolving fitness landscape.
